A think-and-do lab for a complex world.
The Audacity Lab is a 'think-and-do' lab where bold ideas are tested in the real world. We work alongside communities, researchers, and partners to explore new models for belonging, leadership, and systems change.
Informed by patterns and behaviors we see in nature — where resilience, adaptation, and learning emerge over time.
Today's challenges don't have simple solutions. They require experimentation, collaboration, and the courage to learn in public. Some of our experiments grow into long-term programs. Others teach us critical insights. All of them help us learn what works — thoughtfully, ethically, and alongside the communities they impact.

Through mobile classrooms, family learning, and deep partnership, Montessori on Wheels (MOW) creates joyful, hands-on access to Montessori for children and families who have been pushed to the margins of traditional education.

Our work is already underway through Up With Africa (UW/A), our flagship initiative. UW/A works alongside community-based organizations and local households to understand how people build stability, dignity, and opportunity in their daily lives.
